You know that moment you’re doing your families laundry and you feel proud that you just did four whole loads, only to spew it all on the bed and realize it’s going to take hours to fold, hang, and put away? Naturally you do some only to throw the rest back in the laundry basket or the floor or that chair that finally has a purpose. You promise yourself you will do it tomorrow, but let’s be honest, you end up living out of that pile for the next week or more.

Ya, that’s pretty much my life. I have 4 (if you count my fiancee) wonderful, messy, energetic, loud, and imaginative kids who live to make my life busy, colorful, and full of adventure… yep that’s the world i’ll use.. Adventure.

Writing is my escape into a quieter place where truth can be told, and my imagination can take hold.
